One particularly interesting piece in the ad alluded to the possible existence of a ghost in the property, but this hasn't been confirmed yet as the seller is unavailable to respond to any questions.

 Another recent property that was in the realms of fantasy was a Michigan property inspired by the Hobbit books. The project to turn the lakeside property into a whimsical home took the owners ten years. It took almost three years just to perfect the logs used to make the exterior of the home. The final result is an extremely interesting 3-bedroom and 3.5-bathroom home, with an adjacent 3-bedroom guesthouse.

50’s Throwback, Texas

 A Texas property recently on the rental market really was a 1950s throwback. Both the interior and exterior of the Dallas property are true to the era, right up to the pink Cadillac parked in the driveway by the turquoise doorway.
